Daddy-Daughter Sweetheart Dance

Marvin got to take Lexi out for a big night on the town!  Well, really they just got all dressed up and went to the school for a sweetheart dance.  They looked so adorable and Reese really wanted to go too.  I told her maybe next year.  I'm sure Marvin didn't want to have to haul the diaper bag along with him to the dance! Ha!  Anyway, I think Lexi got a little bored.  The danced a few dances and ate some popcorn and she was ready to leave.  I think going to see Stevie (her cousin) for her up-do at the salon was more exciting than the dance! 

6 Years Old!

Lexi is now 6 years old!  I can't believe it, time really flies, especially after you have kids.  She had a fun swimming party at the YMCA and invited her family and neighborhood friends.  A good time was had by all, despite the fact that her mother forgot to thaw out the ice cream cake!  OOPS!

Our New Blog

Wow, I'm a blogging novice, but here goes. I'm trying to do a better job with keeping up with friends and family out of state.  I'm hoping this will be an easier way to keep pictures updated of my kiddos and then our out of town family can see what we've been up to.  We'll see how I do!
